As you venture through Helambu, you'll immerse yourself in the lives and customs of the local villagers living in these alpine hamlets. The landscape will bewitch you with its wonders, and you'll witness the harmonious coexistence of water buffaloes and farmers. Nestled amidst forested mountains, Helambu Valley is a pristine and enigmatic destination.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon your arrival at the airport, our friendly representatives will warmly receive you and escort you to your hotel. After settling in, you'll have the remainder of the day to explore Kathmandu at your leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Sundarijal Drive and Chisapani Trek
Today, we embark on a one-hour scenic drive to Sundarijal. From here, our trek commences, leading us through lush landscapes and a small hydroelectric plant. As we enter the enchanting Shivapuri National Park, we pass by Mulkharka, a Tamang settlement. The trail continues along ridges, meandering through oak and rhododendron forests, ultimately leading us to Chisapani. Our night's accommodation will be in a comfortable guesthouse in Chisapani.
Day 3: Trek to Kutumsang
Rising early, we set forth on our journey to Kutumsang. Along the trail, we are treated to splendid views of the Langtang Mountains. Our path takes us through Pathi Bhanjyang and Gul Bhanjyang before ascending to another pass. Tonight, we rest in a local guesthouse in Kutumsang.
Day 4: Trek to Thadepati
The day begins with a trek from Kutumsang to Thadepati. The terrain becomes steeper as we traverse fir and rhododendron forests. This region is sparsely populated, with no permanent settlements in sight. Continuing our trek to Yurin Danda, we are rewarded with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Our accommodation for the night will be in a local guesthouse in Thadepati.
Day 5: Trek to Tarkeghyang (Helambu)
Today, we trek to Tarkeghyang, passing through Melamchi Khola and a Sherpa settlement. Along the way, we enjoy stunning vistas of the sun-kissed Himalayan peaks. We also encounter one of the oldest and largest monasteries in the area. Tarkeghyang, also known as Helambu, is predominantly inhabited by the Helmu caste. We'll spend the night in a welcoming local guesthouse in Helambu.
Day 6: Trek to Sermathang
This day's trek is relatively easier due to the lower altitude. The trail leads us through enchanting forests, past streams, and alongside captivating waterfalls. We journey around the wide valley between Parachin and the Sherpa village of Gangyul. Upon arriving in Sermathang, we'll explore the village before settling in for the night at a local guesthouse.
Day 7: Trek to Melamchi Pul Bazar and Return to Kathmandu
Today's walk takes us to Melamchi Pul Bazar, where Sherpa hospitality reigns. We'll then drive back to Kathmandu and transfer you to your respective hotels. You'll have the rest of the day at your leisure to explore the city.
Day 8: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and Departure
Following a hearty breakfast at your hotel, we embark on a captivating sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Our journey includes visits to Nepal's largest Hindu temple, Pashupatinath, as well as the revered Buddhist shrines of Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. After a delightful lunch, we'll escort you to the airport for your departure.
